What is the difference between Vault and Drive?
Vault holds your personal files. Workspace Drive contains copies shared with members of the selected workspace, with editing access determined by their role.
Will deleting a Vault original remove the team's copy?
No. Publishing to workspace Drive creates an independent copy, so later changes to the Vault original do not change that shared file.
