From business context to a useful first draft

Give the next chapter a head start.

Draft a proposal, statement of work, or process document with the context already in your workspace. Edit it, review the version, and prepare it for the handoff.

Illustrative document and file

Made for the work

A little more detail.
A lot more possibility.

01

Start with more than a blank page

Choose a template or describe the document you need, then add relevant records and completed transcriptions as context.

02

Keep a hand on the words

Edit supported content directly and ask AI to propose changes that you can review before accepting.

03

Review a specific version

Use document history and team comments to move a revision through Draft, In review, and Ready.

04

Prepare the deliverable

Export a saved revision as PDF or editable DOCX, and keep the resulting files in Vault or workspace Drive.

From idea to everyday

Put it to work.

A practical starting point for ai documents.

  1. 01

    Set the brief

Choose a template and supply the facts, answers, and workspace sources that belong in the document.

  2. 02

    Shape and review the draft

Edit the content, compare AI suggestions, and review the version with your team.

  3. 03

    Share the finished version

Export the selected revision and save the deliverables where the next person can find them.

A little more clarity

Good questions.

Can I change the document after AI creates it?

Yes. The Documents editor supports direct content changes and AI revision proposals. You can review a proposed revision before accepting it.

Can I download an editable Word document?

Yes. DOCX is available alongside PDF for supported document exports. Word and PDF may paginate differently, so review the format you plan to deliver.
